SHIPPING

Through years of experience we have learned the most efficient way to ship to various destinations.   Our shipping policy is solely to give you the best value for your money - WE DO NOT MAKE MONEY ON SHIPPING.  Some shipping modes are either unavailable, or impractical, to certain locations.  In some cases, we may not offer shipment by a Carrier that you might know to be available.   However, it is in our Customers’ best interests in the end that we set standards.   In line with this policy, the following choices are offered :

PLEASE BE SURE YOU ONLY SELECT YOUR APPROPRIATE SHIPPING MODE, OR YOU MAY INCUR CONSIDERABLE DELAY AND POSSIBLY INCREASED COSTS PROCESSING YOUR ORDER.

  • All prices are in US Dollars.
  • Receiver is responsible for any import duties/taxes applicable to shipments outside the USA and it’s territories.
  • No Checks accepted from outside the USA.

TIME TO SHIP

Many of our covers are cut to size before final assembly according to your specifications at the time of order.  That is why it is particularly important for you to tell us your correct tire diameter.  We do this at no extra charge.   Therefore, please be patient and generally allow up to 6 business days for your cover to ship after payment information has been received.  In rare cases a particular design may be out of print.  In these cases, please allow an additional week so that your order may be queued into the next print run.

The design you choose will be shipped as per the above policy.  We realize that your Special Occasion may be coming soon, and we appreciate that.  But we can only keep our prices low, and our quality to the highest standards, by giving each order the time and care it deserves.  Expecting us to expedite your order is not only unfair to customers who have already ordered, but unfair to your gift recipient.

If delivery time should be a concern, we suggest that you print a copy of the picture of your selection for presentation to your recipient, while awaiting delivery.  We hereby give you this one-time, exclusive permission to use this copy-righted image.

To quote a famous American :  "A lack of planning on YOUR part does NOT make a CRISIS on OUR part."

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You received a Confirmation E-mail when you submitted your Order (if you gave your valid E-mail address)  This will serve as your receipt.  If you received this, we DID RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AND ARE PROCESSING IT.   You will receive another E-mail the day we Ship your Order.



ALL SALES FINAL

Because items require final assembly, all sales are considered final once the order has been placed.  We strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction, and will repair or replace any defective or incorrect product due to our mistake.

RETURNS

Returns will only be accepted for defects in manufacturing or incorrect product by our prior approval, and will be for repair or exchange only, at our option.  In such case, you must contact us for a Return-Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) in advance.  Returns without a valid RMA# will not be accepted at the dock, and will be returned by carrier billed to sender, or C.O.D.   If charges are not accepted by sender, shipment may be relegated to a dead-letter bin, at the option of the carrier.


CANCELLATIONS

Many of our items require final assembly according to your specifications at the time of order.   Therefore, all order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking charge, along with the original and return shipping charges if shipped.  When returning, you must ship in original Box, and make sure that when packed that print area is folded outward or protected so that no ink is touching any other ink area.
